Returns & refunds policy

1. Cancelling an order

You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, the return rules below apply. Cut-off time TBC

2. Defective, damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos. You may choose repair, replacement or a full refund including delivery charges, as provided by UAE consumer-protection law. We arrange and pay for collection of defective goods.

3. Change of mind

Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 7 / 14 days of delivery. Who pays return shipping · restocking fee yes/no · excluded items (e.g. custom orders, opened consumables) TBC

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of us receiving the goods. Card refunds can take a further 5–10 business days to show, depending on your bank.

5. Business orders

Returns on B2B orders follow the signed quote. TBC

6. How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your invoice number. Do not send goods back before we confirm.
